Do you offer fully custom cabinetry or just standard sizes?
We specialize in 100% fully custom cabinetry. Whether it’s a specific dimension, unique material combination, or a complex layout for a luxury villa, we manufacture exactly according to your project requirements.
Do you provide design drawings before production?
Yes. Once the deposit is received, our engineering team will provide detailed CAD shop drawings and 3D renderings for your approval. We double-check every detail (structure, size, materials) with you before any production begins to ensure 0 errors.
What materials and hardware brands do you use?
We offer a wide range of materials including E0/ENF grade Plywood, MDF, and 304 Stainless Steel. For hardware, we partner with top-tier global brands like Blum, Hettich, and DTC to ensure durability and soft-close performance.。
Production & Shipping
What is your standard production lead time?
Generally, our production lead time is 25-35 days after the shop drawings and materials are confirmed. For urgent project deadlines, please let us know in advance, and we will try to accommodate your schedule.
How are the cabinets packed for international shipping?
We offer two packing options:
Flat Pack (RTA): To save shipping volume and cost.
Assembled Pack: For easier on-site installation. All goods are packed with strong foam corners and hard cartons, utilizing wooden crates for fragile items like glass doors or countertops.
What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
We are very flexible. While we primarily serve B2B clients (Developers & Builders), we also accept 1 set orders for whole-house customization projects (Villas/Apartments).
Installation & Service
Do you provide installation services overseas?
Generally, we do not send installers overseas due to visa and cost issues. However, we provide comprehensive installation guides, labeling systems, and video tutorials. Your local contractor will find it easy to install our cabinets following our clear instructions.
What if there is damage during shipping or missing parts?
Don’t worry. If you find any damage or missing parts upon receiving the goods, please take photos and send them to us. We will produce replacements and ship them to you via DHL/UPS or sea freight immediately, free of charge.
